Franchisefox (“Franchisefox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a DBA of Tooldesk Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access franchisefox.ai, app.franchisefox.ai, api franchises, or any related products, sales, or marketing activities (collectively, the “Services”).

We built Franchisefox for business users evaluating and marketing to franchise systems. Your use of the Services signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Suppression records are stored to honor future opt-out requests. Backup copies of certain records may persist for a limited period consistent with disaster-recovery policies.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on contractual protections, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other appropriate safeguards for data transferred from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.

11. Opt-Out of Franchisefox Datasets

Franchise owners, operators, and employees may request suppression of their contact details by completing the Opt-Out form or emailing [email protected]. We validate identity, remove records from active datasets, and propagate suppression flags to downstream processes.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services target business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
