Franchisefox Data Opt-Out

If you are a franchise owner, operator, or representative and would like to opt out of Franchisefox datasets, please follow the steps below. Opt-out requests apply to marketing exports, API responses, and alerts.

What We Need

• Your full name and role (e.g., franchisee, development director).
• Franchise brand(s) and locations associated with your request.
• Email address and phone number to suppress.
• Proof of affiliation (FDD item reference, corporate email, or other validation).

Submit a Request

Email [email protected] with the subject “Opt-out request” or complete the embedded form below. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and complete suppression within 30 days.

Compliance

We honor requests under CCPA, GDPR, and similar regulations. We maintain a permanent suppression list to prevent re-ingestion of opted-out records. Opt-out data is used solely to maintain compliance.
